dc.description.abstractAbstract This paper views mentoring in organizations, large and small, as a viable vehicle for effective management of employees' capabilities, time, and talents as well as a tool for grooming junior employees for future leadership roles. It stated that these will require leaders in human resource setting to adopt learning and developmental approaches to mentoring. The paper also presents some types of mentoring as their advantages.
