Nevertheless, the Nigerian sales sector persists in exhibiting inadequate representation of women in influential positions, despite the fact that earnings may increase by up to 50% when women are adequately represented in executive roles. The study recommends that The enhancement of women's representation in management positions can be achieved through the implementation of various strategies. These include ensuring commitment from leadership and transparency, establishing formal positions in management, implementing talent growth and promotion programmes, raising knowledge, providing essential services, and offering flexible employment possibilities and leave rights and responsibilities.
