dc.description.abstract | Abstract Over the last seven years, there has been a continuous interest towards structural modification of isoxazole heterocycle in order to develop anticancer agents. This quest culminated in the syntheses of a large number of compounds and their evaluation against several cancer cell lines. In this paper, emphasis is made on reporting the synthesis and anticancer studies of selected compounds that exhibited a spectacular activity against the different cancer cell lines. | en_US |
