dc.description.abstract | Training has always been a matter of contention in most organization, because of the huge capital outlay associated with it, However, most organization are beginning to have a rethink, because of the outstanding achievement recorded by organization with good training culture. This study is majorly about Effect of training on Job performance of employees in Redeemer University, Ede, Osun State. It is based on primary data obtained from distribution of questionnaires. Furthermore, the variables considered in this study are training and employee performance, also the data generated from the distribution of the questionnaire were analyzed using regression analysis, and the result shows that training has significant relationship with job performance. Base on this finding the study, recommend that management of universities in Nigeria, should always make adequate plan for training, since this will significant increase their motivation. | en_US |
