dc.description.abstractThe study investigated ICT skills and use of e-resources by undergraduates in selected private university libraries in South-west, Nigeria. Survey research was adopted. The population of the study was 4,913 undergraduates. Stratified Sampling technique was used to draw a sample size of 370. Data were collected with questionnaire. The result of the hypothesis showed that there was significant relationship between ICT skills and use of electronic resources (r = 0.204, p<0.05). The variable influenced the use of e-resources among undergraduates in faith-based private universities, in South-west, Nigeria. The findings showed that majority of undergraduates use e-resources for finding relevant information in their studies’ areas and assignment writing. The findings also showed that undergraduates possessed high ICT skills, although their formulating search queries and searching and retrieval skills were low. The study recommended that undergraduates should upgrade their ICT skills.
