This study was carried out to unravel the newspaper coverage of the crisis between the farmers and Fulani herdsmen from January to December 2015. Content analysis was adopted and the population was drawn from two national newspapers, The Punch and The Sun. The researchers selected a sample size of 258 out of the population of 730 editions while data were analysed and presented in tables. The study showed that prominence was not given to farmers/Fulani herdsmen’s crisis because major and most stories on this issue were placed inside page, the front page has little of such stories on the topic while the frequency given to farmers/ Fulani herdsmen’s crisis in the sampled newspapers was absolutely low. It was recommended that the print media should give prominence to national crisis by placing it on the front page to make it look more provocative so that government and stakeholders can quickly find a lasting solution to it.
